Can it ever be too early to talk customer experience?
Recently, smart leader and entrepreneur Gary Cohen asked me to come talk with a group of leaders gathering for his “Eat the Book” breakfast series. I certainly enjoy speaking with large groups, but in many ways I love talks with small groups like Gary’s even more. I meet other leaders – some with career paths as blissfully crooked as mine. And its exciting to see what new things unfold during the exchange surrounding the ideas in Domino.
I enjoy it even when I’m up at O-early in the morning to get there. I’ve learned it’s never too early to talk about the performance payoff on customer experience.
