		<description>I agree.  I also like to point out that patients are so vulnerable because patients know so little about health in the first place.  I almost feel like basic health curriculum should be in place because it becomes so important later in life like math and English skills.  People can say that there&#039;s internet and whatnot available for more info, but so are programs for math and English skills.  Even if there&#039;s a way to measure need resolution, some patients may not even be able to express whether their need was solved because they become victims of medical errors and lose lives without being able to tell whether their need was met.  I call them &quot;silent criers of help&quot;.</description>
